REF Citra 011001-LT-0115 The Space: The house is on three floors and consists of: - ground floor_ bathroom with shower and a laundry at our guests' disposal. - 1st floor_ 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. - 2nd floor_ french-size bed bedroom, office with desk, comfortable sofa bed + wide bathroom with Jacuzzi and two basins. - 3th floor_ living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area. From the 3rd room, a suspended staircase leads to the stunning roof terrace with amazing view above the Poet's Gulf. The Neighborhood: The beautiful apartment is located in a narrow lane in the medieval town of Montemarcello, close to the Liguria - Toscana border. Montemarcello is a typical hill-top village far from the main tourist trails, surrounded by the 14th century walls, very close to the sea and within the Parco di Montemarcello - Magra. It has been included in the prestigious club of "The most beautiful villages in Italy", thanks to its hilly position with panoramic view of the Golfo the Poeti, Portovenere and the Apuan Alps on the other side. Montemarcello is a charming, quiet, relaxing hamlet which was able to preserve its uniqueness intact despite of the tourism growth. So it is the ideal place for spending relaxing moments, studying or working in the intellectual amosphere of a town frequented by many writers, journalists (Montemarcello was Indro Montanelli summer residence). The view is incredible, just like the surroundings. Lerici is easily reachable in a 10 minutes drive along a panoramic view - with many beautiful beaches. Versilia, northern Tuscany coast, on the other side, is famous for its 6 km (4 miles) long strands. Forte dei Marmi is the right location if you are looking for Italian High Fashion brands or for the favous street market open every Wednesday from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm - here you can really make good deals.
