The famous beach of Grotticelle, elected as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, is a 5-minute walk away. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, living room with sofa, equipped kitchen, TV, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and washing machine, veranda, two of which with spectacular sea views, large garden with a wonderful sea view and barbecue. At 50 meters from the property you can find various services such as markets, restaurants, bars and so on. Additional Conditions: - The prices include the consumption of water, electricity and gas; - The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, pillows, toilet paper; - The linen service (bed and bath towels) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it costs 12.5 euros per person for the entire stay or whenever requested. If the linen is brought from home, no cost is incurred; - On request, a transfer service from / to the airport and from / to Tropea station is available for a fee; - On request, pets are allowed by paying an extra supplement of € 50 per stay per animal; - The villa is equipped with basic cookware, including a coffee maker.
