Our Gîte Le Margautier, classified 3 *, is located in the heart of Sologne, near Lamotte-Beuvron, the Châteaux of the Loire (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau, Blois), the Beauval Zoo and the Center Parcs. Completely renovated, the gîte opens onto a 500 m² enclosed garden and benefits from all the amenities, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, mini-market. The total area of the "Le Margautier" gîte is 160 m²: - On the ground floor, a large living room of 38 m² with a stove (wood is at your disposal), an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a small living room with a pull-out bed (160x200), a bathroom shower and toilet, washing machine. - Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, one of which is communicating (3 beds of 160x200 and 2 beds of 80x200), a shower room and a WC. (All rooms in the gîte have electric heating). An ideal setting for recharging your batteries, in a place of tranquility, with family or friends. We provide you, on request, with everything you need to welcome you with toddlers (high chair, baby bath, travel cot, safety barrier for the stairs).
