We're delighted to welcome you to our relaxing, beautifully finished 3 bed house, just an easy 20 minute pretty stroll from the City. Our home has the convenience of off-road parking for 3 cars and sleeps 6. A pretty tree lined avenue leads you to our home, in our safe and very quiet neighbourhood. Our peaceful garden also comes with a cosy summer house and our lounge includes a log burner, perfect for the cooler months. A peaceful setting, close to Chester’s bars and shops. The space Our decor is light and airy and you'll have plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our large dining table is perfect for family dinners and our kitchen island is perfect for more casual dining, our well equipped kitchen is perfect for anyone who wants to cater for themselves, why not enjoy some local produce from our bustling city centre. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a settee in the window and is a perfect retreat if you need some peace. Bedroom 2 is dual aspect and also has a kingsize bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The main bathroom is upstairs and has a shower over the bath. There is a shower room downstairs and the third bathroom is in the annex. Guest access Our home has parking for up to 3 cars on the drive so this is perfect place to leave your car behind and explore our beautiful city by foot, without having to pay for city center parking. A taxi to / from the city centre is approximately £5. This is also a great location from which to explore North Wales. It is very easy to get on the A55 from here, which then follows the top of the North Wales coast. Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Snowdon National Park are all within easy reach for a day trip. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. INTERNET WIFI throughout the house. BUSINESS READY There is a dedicated office in the annex behind the garage with WIFI. Perfect if you need to work whilst here.
