Casa al Luccio is a beautiful, detached holiday home (approx. 120m2), directly on the lake promenade in Minusio/Locarno and only a few steps away from the lake! Casa al Luccio has two floors, is spacious and is surrounded by a large garden (500 m2), with private sunbathing lawns. A garden barbecue is available for your barbecue party by the lake! Room layout: Lower floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, entrance, guest toilet. Upper floor: Two bedrooms, terrace, corridor, shower/WC. Please note: The use of the indoor fireplace in Casa al Luccio is unfortunately not allowed. Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons. One medium sized dog is allowed in Casa al Luccio. Smoking is not allowed in Casa al Luccio. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Casa al Luccio has a garage (width: 4m and length: 6,5m), underneath the house with direct entrance (width: 2,20m and height 2,08m), and connection to the upper floor. In the garage there is space for one car and about 4 bicycles. Casa al Luccio is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Bluewin TV (incl. all German language channels), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc. Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
