From fantastic outdoor recreation to farmers markets and more, this recently renovated vacation rental home named "Pasco Aloha" is ideally situated so you can make the most of your Tri-Cities getaway. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and modern conveniences, this property is the ideal home-away-from-home. The exceptional location and comfort of this home makes it an excellent choice for travelers doing business in the Tri-Cities or adventurers looking to explore the wonders of Washington! -- THE PROPERTY -- Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Full Air Mattress, L-Shaped Couch (Not a Sleeper Sofa) Originally built in 1956, true to the mid-century modern architecture of the time, this single-story home was fully renovated inside and out in 2017 to be sparkling new while still maintaining its intimate comfort and classic design feel. The 1,932-square-foot property boasts large windows, a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling, and a fully-equipped galley kitchen with a large buffet counter providing window access from the family room, a breakfast nook, and separate dining table. The kitchen is equipped knowing that Pasco's unique combination of farmland charm and proximity to the city makes it a foodie's find! Preparing home-cooked meals with ingredients sourced from the local markets is an experience in and of itself. Unwind, relax, and enjoy life's simpler pleasures! Modern conveniences and familiar comforts make this charming property a true home-away-from-home. Tune into your favorite shows on one of 2 flat-screen cable TVs that are also connected to the free wireless internet access! Feel free to use the in-home laundry machines and park your vehicles in the 2-car garage. The home sits on a half-acre with an open lawn that is shaded by large maple trees. Upon your arrival, stretch out your weary travel bones by shooting some hoops on the back patio! -- THE LOCATION -- Pasco is located along a significant stretch of the 22-mile Sacagawea Heritage Trail, an interactive educational and recreational hiking/biking loop that circles the Tri-Cities area. Pasco has several waterfront parks along the Columbia River, as well as easy river access from free boat launches for boaters, fishers, and waterskiers. This property is ideally located within close proximity of the Washington/Oregon border and Columbia River Gorge. There are a plethora of day trip options to choose from during your stay, including trips to Walla Walla's wine country, Yakima and Spokane, Palouse Falls State Park a 75-minute drive away, and Seattle and Portland a scenic 3.5-hour drive away. Situated just two blocks walking distance from Wade Park along the Columbia River, this home is located in the heart of the Tri-Cities of Washington State and is a mere 10-minute drive from the Tri-Cities Airport, which serves Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland. One of the truly noteworthy features of the home is its central location and easy driving access to and from all directions. From here you're only 3.5 miles from the Pioneer Memorial Bridge, the "Blue Bridge" across the Columbia River, which connects Pasco with Kennewick. Still quiet, residential and traffic-free, Sylvester Street was one of 2 main thoroughfares when Pasco was established, the other is the more commercial Court Street. Downtown Pasco, site of the Franklin County Court House and the popular Pasco Farmers Market, is Sylvester's east anchor. Be sure to rent a car so you can explore the surrounding area! Northern Pasco is farmland, synonymous with Washington agriculture, and Country Mercantile is highly recommended! At the confluence of the Yakima and Columbia Rivers, Richland is home to Washington State University Tri-Cities, the Columbia River Exhibition of History, Science and Technology Museum, and the Three Rivers Arts & Entertainment District. Kennewick is home to the Toyota Center's sporting events and boasts all the shopping and city conveniences guests will expect to find nearby. -- REST EASY WITH EVOLVE -- Evolve makes it easy to find and book properties you’ll never want to leave.
