This sea-view holiday retreat is divided into two levels and is perfect for enjoying with friends, family and even pets. Guests can soak in the fantastic weather and admire the surroundings while enjoying their favourite meals at the covered wooden gazebo with table and benches. Together with the brick garden grill, this is just the right place for dining and socializing. There is also a landscaped garden and a pool to keep the guests refreshed and rejuvenated. True to its promise of a holistic stay, the villa has a sauna, a gym, toys for children, table tennis and four bikes. Its modern living room has a minimal style of décor. It is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a TV and a kitchen-diner. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer. Sleeping Ground Floor Bedroom 1: The bedroom with a large window for natural light and air is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The compact bedroom has a double bed with a side table, a single bed and a wardrobe. First Floor Bedroom 3: From the hallway, one can access this bedroom which has a large double bed and an open shelf for storage. Bedroom 4: The lovely room has a double bed, a single bed and a fitted wardrobe. Bathroom Ground Floor Bathroom 1: The spacious bathroom has a bath, a shower, a couple of washing machines, and a WC. Bathroom 2: The elegant bathroom has a shower, a wash-basin and a WC. First Floor Bathroom 3: The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and a WC. Location The beautiful double-storied villa offers spectacular views of the sea especially from its covered balcony and the terrace. The mighty Adriatic Sea is only 10 kilometers from the villa. It is surrounded by a selection of restaurants that are located within 5-10 minutes’ drive. The nearest shop and supermarket is about 3 kilometers from here. The villa is located in the Karst region which is a unique world in itself full of underground caves, disappearing rivers, dolines and other such magical things typical of karst natural phenomenon. These caves are truly incredible and walking into them can be a lifetime experience. Some of the most notable caves are Škocjan Caves (a UNESCO World Heritage site and the biggest underground canyon in the world), Divača caves, Dimnice cave and Vilenica cave. Other important attractions include visiting the many museums and galleries here that offer a deeper insight into the ancient as well as contemporary art, culture and tradition of the region. The Lipica Stud Farm is another great place to be, especially if horses interest you. It is the world’s largest stud farm that breeds Lipizzan horses and what a sight it is to watch these thoroughbreds! The old town of Štanjel often finds its place in tourist’s itinerary. It is a picturesque medieval village where one can witness the creativity of humankind on stones. There is a castle, a Ferrari garden and the village as a whole which have astounded people with its unique beauty. The nearest airport is only 17 kilometers from the villa.
