A cyclists paradise located on a mountain top of an old ski hill in St-Sauveur, QC. A beautiful sunny home that has everything that a holiday maker needs for a beautiful and peaceful vacation. The house interior features: - 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds. - 1 fully renovated bachelor apartment (that sleeps 3) with full kitchen and bathroom - 2 single sofa beds - Trundle bed (2 single beds) - 2.5 renovated bathrooms - 3 smart TVs with free internet and Netflix - Bluetooth soundbar in the main living room. - Newly renovated kitchen with all equipment (crock pot, N Espresso machine, blender, fondu kit, raclette, panini maker, electric griddle, microwave, stove, fridge with ice maker, pots, pans, storage, dishes and flatware for 12 people. - Sunny dining area for 8-12 people - Fireplace - Air conditioning - Sauna (open all year) located just off the kitchen in a beautiful sun room, Bluetooth speaker system. - Fully renovated BBQ room just off the kitchen featuring large BBQ, bar fridge, rolling cooler, 6' bench and stools, technology plug in area The exterior features: - Exterior swimming pool (not heated) - Open from June 1 - Sept. 10 - Stone patio for outdoor dining - Fire pit next to pool area - Romantic pergola with fire pit (slightly up the hill) from the pool. - Beautiful and well maintained gardens with perennials that bloom at all times of the summer season. - Parking for 6 cars We adopted very strict sanitation measures back in February which include: - Do not travel to the cottage if any guests showing ANY symptoms of COVID-19. - The cottage is closed one full day after every reservation for deep cleaning. - This is a family run business and the only people entering the house to clean are my daughters and myself. - In order to protect the workers in our grocery stores and avoid overloading our local stores and supply chain, we strongly recommend that guests do their groceries in their town of residence. - No other guests aside from the renter's group are permitted on the property. - Showering prior to entering the hot tub is mandatory. - I personally greet the guests upon their arrival to tour the house and answer questions. I wear a mask and stay 2m apart as per protocol. - In order to protect myself, only 1 person from the party is permitted with me for the tour. - Sanitizing all horizontal and vertical surfaces with a 50% javel/water mix. Doors, door frames, handles, knobs, light switches, cupboard doors in all rooms - Sanitizing all bathrooms with pump sprayer with a 50% javel/water mix. Same protocol of horizontal and vertical surfaces as mentioned above. - All sheets and pillow cases are washed in javel. The beds are pre-made. - Before guests leave the house, we request that all sheets and pillow cases be removed from the bed and put in the laundry room. - Any and all leftover groceries must either be brought home with you or disposed of at the cottage prior to their departure. The pool and sauna are operational. My husband goes over everyday to clean the pool and take chemical balancing readings. This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, parties permitted, pets permitted. Any and all use of the following items are strictly forbidden on the entire site and surrounding areas : Firearms Fireworks or firecracker (pyrotechnics of any kind) RESPONSIBILITY Guests will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation. It is the guests' responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to Chimo Refuges Inc. before departure. All damages to: -surrounding trees - Exterior spaces (including but not limited to home, driveway, stairs, balcony, patio) - Furniture - All interior spaces (includng and not limited to walls, floors, ceilings, water damage) - Sauna and surrounding area - Pool and surrounding area (including but not limited to gardens, furniture, BBQ) - Forested area (including but not limited to trees, grass) Not reported prior to guest departure will be subject to a minimum fee of $150. These amounts will be charged to the guests' credit card without prior notice. Photographic evidence of any damages will be retained and available upon request. BEHAVIOUR Guests are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to Chimo Refuges Inc. during your holiday. If in the opinion of our Management your behaviour is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other clients, our staff or any other third party, your reservation may be terminated and Chimo Refuges Inc. shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.
