There are so many spaces to come together at this home - roast marshmallows at the private firepit, or relax inside in front of the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). Cook up something delicious in the full kitchen that connects to two different dining areas. A second full kitchen rests on the lower floor, perfect for hanging out together after a day full of activities. You may be inspired to play a game of foosball together, enjoy one of the many board games provided, or put on one of the 500 DVDs from the home’s movie library on the 65” Sony with theater sound. A separate office space with a desk is available on the first floor – a perfect place to complete some remote work or schooling in peace, using the high-speed internet or strong cellular coverage. The family dog can join you on your adventure, and this house includes more than 60 acres of property to explore together! A leash is recommended, as wildlife including moose, deer, turkeys, and more are regular visitors. When it comes time to wind down, there are plenty of bedroom options at this home. You'll find the first bedroom upstairs and to the left, where guests will enjoy a king bed, extra seating, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The full bathroom in the hallway serves guests from two additional upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom features a four-poster queen bed, while the other provides two twin beds. All bedrooms on the top floor have lovely views of the valley and mountains. A full laundry room is also located here. A fourth bedroom is on the lower floor (right next to the second kitchen) and features a king-size Sleep Number bed and ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower. What's nearby: This home's secluded nature is part of its charm, but guests are well within driving range of many outdoor activities. Winter activities include six downhill ski resorts between 18 and 40 miles away, and snowmobile and cross-country ski trails beginning only three miles from the house. For the warmer months there are six golf courses within 20 miles, hiking, and biking opportunities minutes away, and access to the epicenter of the North Country ATV scene, Jericho Mountain State Park, is 26 miles away. And there is plenty of vehicle and trailer parking at the house. The area has several shops and guide services available for guests who love fly fishing! Get to know the surrounding area even more with a trip on the Mount Washington Cog Railway, a mountain-climbing train system based just 24 miles from this home. The town of Lancaster is just 5 miles away, so you'll be able to stock up on groceries and enjoy local restaurants easily. And vibrant Littleton with even more amenities is only 15 miles away.
