Villa Sveti Donat is situated in a beautiful surroundings of Sveti Donat close to the city Buzet and Motovun in Istria. Featuring a garden, an outdoor medium size swimming pool and amazing mountain views guests can feel relaxed and connected to nature. Villa is consisted of 3 floors with 2 separate apartments. From the main entrance there is a kitchen with dining area and living room with the exit to the beautiful long balcony. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms with king size beds and one additional bed. In the living room there is also extendable couch. Another apartment with separate entrance from garden is consistent of one bedroom with king size bed and one additional extendable couch, auxiliary kitchen and a bathroom. Facility can accommodate 9 persons. Utilities indoor: air conditioning, 3 TV's (TV in the living room has access to Netflix), washing machine, WIFI. Utilities outdoor: medium size pool, grill & barbecue area, private parking.
