Summary: This quaint efficiency cabin sits on 45 acres. Sleeps four people. There is a double bed and a full size futon. This getaway has everything you need and more: one bathroom, microwave oven, small refrigerator, hot plate, kitchen sink, table and chairs, satellite television, small gas grill, fireplace heater, air condition window unit and satellite television with Blu-ray player. Linens, towels, cookware and tableware provided. The property is beautiful with rolling hills and access to Cane Creek. We require all guests to complete guest portals for information verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, to complete the guest portal. Non-Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through the guest portal. Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through Airbnb. Up to 3 pets are allowed with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per stay. Our team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM Central to address your questions and concerns. Other Things to Note: This cabin is the most secluded of the 3 cabins on the property, however it sets down from the road which can be seen during the fall and winter season where the leaves have fallen from the trees.
