It is located in a privileged position on Lake Como in Limonta, Oliveto Lario. It derives the name from the old "Torchio" that was used by the inhabitants of the town and is now outside the building. The 80 m² apartment on the ground floor (a few stairs must be taken) or a 3-storey building that was once used for silk works consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, a television and a floor heating and cooling system. The outdoor area features a private garden area and a shared open terrace with views of the lake. The lakefront is 1.3 km or a 16-minute walk away, where you will also find some cafés and restaurants. After a 6-minute drive (2.5 km) to Visgnola, you will find shops and after 4.8 km. The first of the many beaches is 10 minutes walk, and you can access directly to the lake to enjoy a swim in the clean waters. A few minutes more and you can walk on the lakefront of the famous Bellagio, the Pearl of Lake Como, with its many characteristic alleys, elegant and colorful stores made in Italy and the many bars and restaurants that are distinguished by various and interesting gastronomic proposals, in the name of the Italian culinary tradition. Both in Limonta and Bellagio you can travel by water with boats, ferries or renting speed boats at special prices with the Vecchio Torchio. Street parking is available. The property also has a garage available for parking 100m away. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The owners' dog, a Golden Retriever, lives in the portion of the garden close to the apartment. For this reason, guests are kindly requested to close the main entrance when entering and exiting the property. The dog has no access to the portion of the garden reserved for guests.
