Hatteras-S-Cape is located on a spectacular one back from the ocean lot in southern Kinnakeet Shores, close to the pedestrian beach access, and offers fantastic ocean and sound views from the two-tiered decks. The open and airy concrete carport with all-weather entry has beach toys and fishing gear, along with double showers for the saltiest beach bums. Wrap around ocean & South decks lead to the outside hot tub area. The spacious upper level has a tall open ceiling, windows galore, ceiling fans, warm wood accents, ocean views & south decks with a broad ocean view. Cooks and crew will love the well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, oceanside dining for 12, and an adjoining screened porch. The third-level loft has expansive views. The first level has two main suites - each with sliders to the deck, two more bedrooms, and an additional bathroom. The second level has another main bedroom with a semi-private bath. Things to Know Free WiFi Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC Parking notes: A maximum of five vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway; RV parking is not permitted in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
