This cosy cottage is set in a very quiet and peaceful location in Falkenham making it ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. The cottage has beautiful views across the fields and marshland towards the River Deben and it is possible to follow one of the many footpaths down to the river to explore. The cottage retains a number of original features including exposed beams but is also well equipped to make your stay comfortable. Outside there is an enclosed garden with furniture and a charcoal barbecue allowing you to enjoy the space. Additional Information High chair available. Fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs. Dining and Sitting Room With comfy seating for five, a dining table and four chairs, television with freeview, DVD player and CD player. First floor: Bedroom one With 4'6 double bed. Bedroom two With two 3' beds. Bathroom With bath with electric shower over, wash basin and WC. Outside: Enclosed garden to the side and rear of the cottage with patio and lawn.
