Located on 12 beautiful park-like acres of incredible lakefront property, this luxury lakefront log chalet home is built on the resort named “Chalets on Table Rock Lake”. It is also conveniently located only 35-45 scenic minute drive to Branson, Missouri. PLEASE NOTE: During peak season, reservations can be 4 night or 3 night but must check-in or check-out on Saturday. Week-long (7 night) stays must be from Saturday-Saturday. During September & October, week-long (7 night) stays must be from Friday-Friday. Base rate for guests is 10, max rate for guests is 14 (any guests over base rate will pay guest fees - please see rental agreement for more information). This fine property features an exceptional and panoramic view of gorgeous Table Rock Lake in Branson,(Lampe) Missouri. This chalet is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. The 5 bedroom chalet is also conveniently located approximately 50 FEET from the shoreline of the lake!! This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement including 5 well-appointed bedrooms, quality beds, and furniture, 3 full bathrooms and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a top of the line Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck!. Inside the chalet, you will find quality custom high-quality furnishings, antler style lighting fixtures, Natural Slate tile floors, and solid granite countertops. All of the bedrooms have 32' flat panel TVs, luxury bedding, and quality mattresses, the main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove ceilings, solid log pine walls and a majestic 23-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The upstairs Master Suite which encompasses the entire 3rd Level of the home has a Log king size bed, Serta presidential suite mattress, luxury bathroom with a tiled shower, dual copper vanity sinks and a jetted tub. There are log dressers, a vaulted pine tongue and groove ceiling with wood beams, a 32" LCD TV and large walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen size beds, quality furniture and mattresses, luxury bedding and 32' flat panel TVs. On the lower level walkout basement, there are two more bedrooms, one bedroom with a full over queen log bunk bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The downstairs second living area has an awesome media room with a 50' flat panel TV, and a full-size sectional couch with dual recliners. There is also a full-size laundry room with a top of the line washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator for those extras. Lastly, the screened-in patio is accessed from the lower walkout level and provides outdoor enjoyment with a large outdoor stone wood-burning fireplace and great views of Table Rock Lake in a bug-free environment. What separates our lakefront homes from the rest is the huge array of amenities located on the property which are included FREE of charge with your stay. The amenities include TWO gorgeous in-ground HEATED swimming pools. The pool is in operation from May 1st-October 1st. It is heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st. The main pool called the "Grotto Pool" is complete with extensive natural rock landscaping, colorful plants, trees, shrubbery, and refreshing cascading rock waterfalls. The Grotto pool also has 4000ft of paver stone patio, lounge chairs, a 50-foot commercial water slide for the kids(or the "kids at heart") and hot springs hot tub. The newest pool is called the "Infinity Pool" which has a 25 ft waterfall flowing over the edge and overlooks Table Rock Lake. The in ground 10 person Hot Tub will capture picturesque views of the lake while you can watch the little ones have a blast in our Kids Kool Splash Pad! The Chalet also has broadband internet with FREE WiFi and satellite TV. The three-acre park-like common area is located in the center of the resort and includes a full size sand volleyball court, NEW Lil' Hucks treehouse, horseshoe pit, two professional shuffleboard courts, basketball court, kids play area with monster swings and a huge sandbox, six outdoor log seating firepits with free firewood, three-hole Frisbee golf, bicycles, and best of all, our Hillbilly Mini Golf Course with waterfalls, gorgeous landscaping and a real working old-time water slew. The amenities list does not stop yet! The 20 Slip Marina private resort dock includes a large list of additional water activity amenities. These include kids and adult kayaks, four-person paddleboats, canoes, paddleboards, free fishing poles, fish cleaning station, 60 ft swim and sun deck, two porch swings and more! The 20 slip dock has 10x24 and up to 12x30 boat slips available for guests staying at the chalets. We also now rent new 14 passenger 150hp tri-toons with ski-tube bars to our guests only. The dock was built with a concrete floor so you have that solid feel and you won't have to worry about getting pesky splinters from other typical wood docks. There is a gorgeous paver stone pathway that will get you direct access to the dock. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest.
