Escape into this Victorian manor and relax away your worries! The Manor at Berkeley Springs is the place to be. Please note the following requirements for month long rentals: We require an additional security deposit of $300. There may be an additional security deposit for pets. Valid credit card. Electric up to $150 is included for the month, overage will be deducted from your security deposit. Normal water and sewer charges are included, overage will be deducted from your security deposit. .
