This unit is best suited for 6 adults and 6 children. PLEASE NOTE: DURING PEAK SEASON RESERVATIONS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY. Week-long (7 night) stays must be from Friday-Friday. Reservations can be 4 night or 3 night but must check-in or check-out on Friday. During September & October, week-long (7 night) stays must be from Friday-Friday. Base rate for guests is 8, max rate for guests is 12 (any guests over base rate will pay guest fees - please see rental agreement for more information). It is also conveniently located only 35-45 scenic minute drive to Branson, Missouri. This fine property is located on a peninsula and features exceptional and panoramic views of gorgeous Table Rock Lake in Branson,(Lampe) Missouri. This Villa is conveniently located only 100 FEET from the shoreline of the lake! This is a two level home with four well-appointed bedrooms, custom made local Amish beds and furniture, 3.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Inside the Villa duplex, you will find upscale and high-quality furnishings, quality lighting fixtures, natural travertine tile floors, granite countertops, charming tongue-and-groove solid pine walls, and a majestic 15 foot floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. All four bedrooms have 32' flat panel TVs and luxury bedding. The main level is complete with a wall of windows that takes advantage of panoramic views of the beautiful Table Rock Lake! The 1st Master Suite has a solid Aspen Log king size bed, top of the line mattress, wood beams with indirect lighting, custom made Aspen log 6 drawer dresser, full luxury bath with a huge travertine tile shower and granite counter tops, LCD TV, and also offers panoramic views of Table Rock Lake off the private master balcony. The 2nd Master bedroom has a King size reclaimed oak bed with matching dressers, luxury mattress, huge arched window with views of the infinity pool and lake. The 2nd master bath has granite counter tops and a full bath/shower combo. On the main level, there are two bedrooms. One is the 'bunk room' with a solid Amish custom reclaimed oak full over queen bunk bed with matching furniture and a 32' flat panel TV. The other main level bedroom has a Queen size bed with matching solid wood furniture. These two bedrooms share a luxury jack n Jill bath. There are two living areas for your families to relax and watch TV. The upstairs loft living area has a 42' flat panel TV and a full-size futon for two little ones to sleep. There is also a full-size laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and the laundry detergent is included! The paver stone patio is accessible from both the main living area and dining room. Here you will find quality outdoor furniture with a huge stone outdoor wood-burning fireplace. There is a top of the line WEBER gas grill included so you can cook like a professional. This will be a first class adventure for a vacation that will bring you and your family memories to cherish for a lifetime! There are excellent amenities on the property which include TWO swimming pools. The pool is in operation from May 1st-October 1st. It is heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st. The newest pool is located within 50 ft of the Luxury Villa duplexes and is called our 'infinity pool'. Enjoy relaxing in our infinity edge pool while capturing awesome views of Table Rock Lake. Sit by the outdoor firepit located on the stone paver patio right below the pool where the 25ft waterfall runs over. You can also relax those tired muscles in our new in-ground hot tub which also captures picturesque views of the lake. Or best yet, enjoy swimming, while your little ones have hours of fun in our new kid's splash pad. The other luxury pool is called our 'Grotto Pool' it has a HEATED swimming pool with extensive rock landscaping and beautiful refreshing rock waterfalls, 4000 of paver stone patio, a 50-foot commercial water slide for the kids and a top-of-the-line Hotsprings hot tub. With the rental of our homes on the resort, we include a TON of free amenities to keep your family entertained throughout your stay. Our FREE amenities include, sand volleyball court, basketball court, Kids play area with swings and a huge sandbox, outdoor half log seating firepits with free firewood, Lil' Huck's treehouse, professional hillbilly mini golf course, two Shuffleboard courts, free canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, fishing poles, paddle boards, huge swim deck, bicycles, horseshoe pit, and more! The Villa also has broadband internet with FREE WiFi and satellite TV. The 20 slip dock has boat slips available for the guests staying at the chalets. We rent new luxury pontoon boats to our guests staying on the resort. These new TRITOONs have 150hp engines so you can ski, tube, wakeboard and do all the watersports your family desires. There are also bass boat and JETSKI rentals that we can refer you to close by. There is a 66-foot swim deck to lay out and soak up the sun, relax on the two porch swings or catch a big largemouth bass! The dock was built with a concrete floor so you have that solid feel and you won't have to worry about getting splinters from other typical wood docks.
