On the other side is an additional flagstone sunken patio with a fire bowl and Adirondack chairs where you can hear the birds and revel the spectacular sunsets over the dunes! La Duna Rosa is centrally located. Quick access to California's world famous Scenic Highway One, will allow you an easy drive to any place along the coast from Big Sur to Santa Cruz. La Duna is a short walk or 3 min drive to the Marina State Beach. Also, less then 10 min drive to Fort Ord Dunes State Park and Beach, Monterey Bay Coastal Recreational Trail as well as California State University, Monterey. You will find endless options for biking, hiking, fishing, hang gliding, and boating in these areas. There are many other famous attractions nearby such as Monterey's Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach's Seventeen Mile Drive and Golf courses are a short 15-20 min drive from this property.
