Ground Floor – Open plan kitchen/living room and toilet. First Floor – Main bathroom, 1 double bedroom & 1 room with sofa bed. Second Floor – 1 twin bedroom. Smoking is not permitted within the property and no shoes upstairs. We expect all guests to respect the property and neighbours. Pets are allowed on ground floor only. Guest have full access to the house via entrances to front and rear door. The property comfortably sleeps 6 people in the 3 bedrooms. Check in is via the secure key pad/box when you arrive.
