Villa 170 m2 in two floors: On the first floor there is a huge living room, kitchen and guest WC wc, on the second three bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On both floors there are large front verandas with a delightful panoramic view of the sea, sun beds and a dining table for romantic dinners on the veranda. Sun beds, if desired, can be moved to the yard on the lawn. In the back yard there is a basketball court belonging to our complex. Also there is a parking for two cars and BBQ bbq - party. The third bedroom overlooks the backyard and the green mountain landscape. The two bedrooms have two single beds, the third two-story bed and the double bed in the living room make up 7 comfortable beds. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped with all necessary household appliances: two air conditioners 24000 and 12000 Btu, LED 52, WI-FI, hair dryer, iron, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, microwave oven and dishes, bed linen and towels. For comfortable accommodation our guests have two single beds in two bedrooms, a two-storey bed in the third bedroom and a double bed in the living room Villa AZURE SUNRISE is located in a residential complex near the sea, only 40m. from the beautiful sandy beach of Akti Asimaki in the elite resort of Shunio at the foot of the Temple of Poseidon, 35min. drive from Athens airport and 70min. from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. Our places are a combination of turquoise sea and green mountain landscape, peace and tranquility. The nearest beach is sandy and not deep with a gentle entrance to the sea and a shadow of trees, free, ideal for relaxing with children of any age. There is no road between the beach and the house, your children can also run to the beach. Also next to the house there are several amazing small coves with sandy beaches for lovers of secluded bathing. The nearest restaurant, bakery and small food 150 m from the house. For large purchases and evening walks, we recommend the port town of Lautrio 2.5 km. from the villa. In Lavrio you can find large supermarkets, Jambo children's world, meat, bakery and vegetable and fish shops, pharmacies, telephone shops, rural market on Thursdays. And for an evening walk, there are many traditional tavernas with sea food, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc. Also you can organize a ferry trip to the nearest islands of Kea and Kitnos or go diving in one of the diving schools of which there are several in Lavrio. If you decide to rest with your private boat only 2 km. from the villa there is a port of private boats AQUAMARINE.
