This charming steading conversion is situated on a working estate in Perthshire just 11 miles from the city of Perth. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery the Old Byre is the perfect escape, combining rustic charm with modern design. Set over two floors the Old Byre offers a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area perfect for those cosy nights in. For added convenience there is also a utility room and shower room on the first floor - the perfect place to chuck those mucky wellies. The upstairs landing opens up to 3 spacious and bright bedrooms all beautifully decorated. First bedroom is a Master bedroom with Superking bed and an en suite bathroom, next bedroom has a double bed the third has and a cosy twin. Outside there is a private enclosed patio area with table, chairs and a private hot tub. Dog Friendly (additional cost direct to owner, see below for details on extras) We have free Wi-Fi in all of our properties and you will find the password in your welcome book.
