COVID cancelation policy: 1.If your country orders travel restrictions or Spain close the international borders as it happen in March 2020 and you are not allow to come to Spain I will refund your booking. 2. If Palamós and la Fosca / the beach where the house is located/ is not a free area of covid and shops, bars of tapas, restaurants and beaches are closed because covid appears in our area you will have an open credit of the money for your next holidays that you can use during the next year. 3.If your Government orders a quarantine as it happened with England at your return from Spain I will give you an open credit of the money that you already paid that you have to use during the next year. 4.If everything is open in Palamos and you are able to enjoy your holidays going to tapas bar, restaurants, markets, beaches and shops since there are no restrictions to your mobility I cannot refund you and neither give to you credit for a next stay. IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND IN THE HOUSE 2 BATHROOMS. This house has 90 m2 and 65 m2 of private fenced garden surrounding the house. The house has high ceilings and many windows. It has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water that you can use when you return from the beach. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin, the dining room for 6 people, living room and kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed. There is also on the first floor a bathroom with bathtub with shower, toilet, hand basin and bidet. You can park 1 car in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay 3 euros a day. Anyway, you can park your car for free in the nearby streets without charge. The house is delivered clean and without sheets or towels, you can rent them or bring them yourself. The house must be returned clean you can do the final cleaning yourself or request the service at an additional cost. This house has an ocean view from the private garden and from the balcony. There is also a shared garden of 3,500 m2 where there are 6 showers with hot water and 4 toilets, a pediment and a ping-pong you can play the pediment and ping-pong for free you will find the rackets and balls in the house. In the shared garden there is also a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag that you can use. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. The house is delivered without sheets or towels can bring yours or rent the bed linen: double sheets set: 15 euros, single sheets set: 8 euros, towels set: one large and one medium: 4 euros and clean. You can do the final cleaning yourself or request it in which case you will have an additional charge of 80 euros. The house has 4 portable gas heaters and 4 fans that you can use freely. The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located 30 meters from the house has obtained the Blue Flag rating by the EU the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment.
