There's more to enjoy with the beach of Le Grau du Roi a short drive away. Ardèche at 20 km has exciting water sports possibilities. Supermarket and town center are at 500 m. Recently renovated with tasteful furnishings, the villa is equipped with indoor heating and air-conditioning. The living-dining room is cozy with the stove and seating area.
