Our pet fee includes a one-time charge of $50 for extra cleaning, and a pet accommodation fee of $25 per night. ★ Extra Parking Pass ★ One parking pass is included for every reservation. An extra parking pass is available upon request. An additional fee applies depending on the duration of the stay. This will include us coordinating with the leasing office for setup as well as a second key fob for access to the unit’s building and complex amenities.
