The holiday home is located on a hill above the long sandy beaches of Pescoluse, also called "Maldives of Salento", in a large private olive grove. The view of the sea and the beautiful sunsets are unique from there. The location is particularly quiet and airy, and even in the summer. You can reach the beaches in about three minutes by car. In the area there is no noise of pizzerias, bars, carrots, mopeds and pedestrians, which is not so common near the sea. Pescoluse is between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost point of the boot heel on the Ionian Sea. This large liama has a smallbedroom, a small living room / bedroom, a small bathroom and a large covered terrace. The bedroom contains a double bed, a wardrobe wall and satellite TV. In the living room / bedroom there is a sofa bed, satellite TV and in a niche a bunk bed with wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The air conditioning system also works well as a hot air dispenser. Thanks to solar energy there is a lot of hot water. The liama has WIFI (free). The large panoramic terrace is partially covered and offers a beautiful view of the landscape and the sea. Under the shed there is a masonry kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. A barbecue invites you to prepare tasty grilled meats. There is then a table, chairs and loungers that invite you to eat, relax and play. A gazebo invites you to rest in front of a beautiful sea view. The private land is about 8000 square feet. Kids and pets can enjoy a lot of freedom. Next to the house is a large parking space. Pets are welcome and are admitted free of charge. A cot and highchair are available on request for free. On request the owner tries to satisfy other needs of the children if there is a possibility to do so. Pets are welcome and are admitted free of charge. But remember that the liama is an ancient stone building, surrounded by nature, and that consequently it can not have the same characteristics and the same comfort as a modern city apartment. Along the beach of Pescoluse there are bars, restaurants and some small shops. Supermarkets are located in Salve, about 1.5 km away, and in Presicce. You can also find pharmacies, banks, a post office, bars, restaurants and other shops. Also in the next town of Torre Vado, around 1.2 km from Pescoluse, there is a pharmacy, small grocery stores and a fish shop. Behind the beaches begin the hills with olive trees, which provide a good opportunity for walking and cycling. Even small towns often have a local center with small architectural jewels. It is advisable to visit Santa Maria di Leuca (ancient palaces), in Gallipoli la bella, in Lecce (baroque town), Otranto. Salento, also the Salento peninsula, is located in the southern part of Puglia, between the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east. You can find a landscape, architecture and a particular gastronomy. Salento is naturally ideal for a beach holiday in the long summer, but also much more and not just in summer.
