Welcome to our holiday apartments on the Höri peninsula. The family's former fishing house was expanded by the successor generations and most recently modernized and renovated by the hosts in 2018. The property is directly opposite the tourist information. The marina and lake shore path are only 300 m away. Shopping facilities with a bakery and a children's playground are also nearby. The garden view apartment has been rented to holiday guests for 20 years and is very popular. The spacious duplex apartment with 4 1/2 rooms on the top and top floors of the house is new from the 2020 season. With 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, separate cooking and living rooms, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday with friends or the whole family. Guests of the house also benefit from free WiFi, parking spaces at the house and storage for your bikes. There is also a small garden area with a terrace and barbecue facilities. Garden furniture and deck chairs are available for relaxing hours. The community of Moos lies at the western end of Lake Constance between Radolfzell and Stein am Rhein. You can reach the village via a poplar-lined avenue. Our highlights in Moos are the marina with solar tower, the water procession, the pottery market, the Büllefest, the Mühlbachtal, natural history excursions, and Lake Constance path display boards. In addition to the unique Lake Constance landscape with its nature reserves, excursion destinations such as Hegauberge, the island of Reichenau and the island of Mainau, Stein am Rhein and the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen are easy to reach and are perfect for day trips. Numerous places to stop for a bite to eat, from plain to sophisticated cuisine and international dishes, are in the area. Our trip tip for 2020 is a visit to the State Garden Show in Überlingen with its unique floating gardens.   Reopened in 2020: The large 127sqm apartment is located on the top and top floors and is divided into several levels.  The apartment offers plenty of space for 6 guests, which are available in two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200cm) or a double bed (160x200cm), and a third bedroom on the roof floor with a double bed (180x200cm) and a sofa bed. In the living room there is a modern sofa set with space for all guests and a satellite flat screen TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, our guests will find everything they need, such as an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more. In addition to the modern shower room on the top floor with washing machine, another bathroom with shower / bathtub is available. You are welcome to bring a small dog with you. Due to the stairs, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users and guests with walking difficulties. Children are welcome, but there is no special equipment for it.
