It is perfect for a family holiday. From the garden, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Kotschach-Mauthen is a cozy village in the south of Austria with a great family ski area. It has all the amenities such as restaurants, shops and a large pool. You can go hiking and biking and a trip to Italy is certainly a possibility, because the border is just steps away. This completely new apartment on the ground floor has everything you need. The two bedrooms both have a box spring and in the spacious living room has a nice sofa. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen has an oven and a coffee maker. There is garden furniture for adults to relax in and a play area where children can play. Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government.
