This accommodation is part of a building with three newly renovated apartments. All apartments have a pleasant and homey atmosphere. Each apartment is situated on a separate floor and has an area of 80 m2. This four-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for 6, maximum 8, persons. Pernink is a small town just 9 km from the German border, in the beautiful Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains). Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the village and the densely wooded surroundings. In less than half an hour you can reach surrounding cities and towns where you can shop, go sightseeing or enjoy a variety of sporting activities. There are shops, restaurants, hairdressers, a post office and a pharmacy located next to the apartment. Cars can be parked on private property. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged, such as to the airport of Karlovy Vary. The living room is furnished with a couch (which can serve as a bed for 2 persons), an LCD satellite TV, DVD player and radio with CD player. The U-shaped kitchen has a dining table and 4 ceramic hotplates, an oven, microwave, kettle and large fridge-freezer. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second has a bunk bed and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom has a corner bath, sink and drying facilities. The toilet is separate. The house is centrally heated. You can use the washing machine for a small fee. It has beautiful buildings, promenades, swimming pools and shops. You will feel as if you have stepped back into the 19th century. In the immediate vicinity of Karlovy Vary you can take splendid walks in a variety of parks. For golfers, this area is also a paradise. The golf course of Karlovy Vary is just 26 km from your accommodation. Another 7 courses are between 33 and 70 km away. Marianske Lazne is another beautiful spa which should not be missed. Or what about a day in Prague? You can reach the city center within 2 hours. Here you can enjoy the splendor of the most beautiful city in Central Europe. If you do not want to cook for a day, you can enjoy one of the restaurants where meals and drinks are still quite inexpensive. It is an ideal venue for novice skiers and families. There is a children's area with its own baby lift. During the high season the cost for a 5-day ski pass is just ± € 37.50 for adults and ± € 30 for a child (2008/2009 prices). The runs may be maintained with artificial snow. There are ski schools for adults and children and even a snowboarding school. There is a cross-country "stadium" with the opportunity for lessons. The cross-country trails connect to the 40 km "Magistrale" route. In these ski villages you will benefit from lower prices. However, the largest centers (Boží Dar and Klínovec Neklid) are no further than 10 km away. Here you will find not only ski runs for beginners and advanced students, but also "black" runs. These resorts are equipped with everything they should have. Prices: a 6-day ski pass during the high season costs ± € 104 for adults and ± € 73 children (2008/2009 prices). But a holiday here in the spring or autumn is also quite special thanks to the fantastic well-marked hiking and biking trails, the densely forested mountains and the vast landscape of the area.
