Casa Camelia is a sunny, cosy and stylish 3.5 room apartment (90m2) located in the residence "Camelia" in Contra, above Tenero. Casa Camelia is in a quiet area and is centrally located. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Maggiore from your covered terrace. The residence "Camelia", where the apartment is located, is surrounded by greenery and is close to beautiful hiking trails. There is a large swimming pool (15x6m) at your disposal with a small part of the pool ideal for small children. Please note: The swimming pool is NOT heated and is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING. Room layout: Nice living room with dining area and exit to the terrace, one bedroom with 3 single beds, one bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms, entrance hall. Washing machine and dryer are available in the cellar. Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in Casa Camelia. Smoking is not allowed in Casa Camelia. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Casa Camelia has one covered parking spot on the ramp (1,70 x 2,00 x 5,00 m). There is also visitor parking available. Casa Camelia is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV (117cm), Cablecom Digital TV, Satellite Receiver or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer. Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!
