The Highlander is a beautiful & cozy 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome in the heart of Southern Utah. With a private spa, fully stocked kitchen, bunk room, and large dining area it's the perfect space to gather with friends and family! The home itself is bright and open with enough room for 18 guests. Each room has high vaulted ceilings, natural light, and sophisticated details. No mater what brings you to Southern Utah, you'll feel right at home in the Highlander and never want to leave! Upon entering the home you'll walk through the front entryway, past the first bedrooma nd bathroom into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen. No need to worry about how you'll be cooking your meals, as we have provided all the needed dishes and utensils! Past the kitchen, there is the living room that has wall-to-wall accordion doors that open up to the sun lit side patio and private spa. The accordion doors open all the way up perfectly blending indoor-outdoor living. There is also a 2 car garage for you to park in. Around the back, there is plenty of space to park trailers and extra vehicles. Up the stairs, you'll find 3 other bedrooms, a childrens play area, and a foosball table. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a small private balcony. The other suite has a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom is a bunk room with 4 twin-over-full bunk beds, a game table, and an ensuite bathroom. The Highlander is the perfect home base for exploring all that Southern Utah has to offer. It is a 5-minute drive to Sand Hollow State Park where you can go to the reservoir for a swim and/or an off-roading adventure at the sand dunes. We know you'll love your time here at the Highlander and never want your Southern Utah vacation to end! To enter the home you will go through the front door. It has a keypad lock that will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on the reservation. Once inside you can open the garage and pull around back to park. There will be a garage door opener on the counter for you to use during your stay. We recommend having a car to get around the area. You may park in the garage, on the street, and/or around the back where there is room. We have made every effort to make your stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From extra pillows and blankets to a fully equipped kitchen, we have thought of it all for you. Once you arrive all you have to do is relax and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer!
