This house, located in Charmes, is ideal for 5 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a shared pool from 01 June to 30 September, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, a DVD player and video games. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 5 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a single bed and a double bed and 1 including a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a toilet. The house features a washing machine, central heating, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and a desk. Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
