Magnificent family cottage, independent, with very large rooms and a private garden. You will enjoy natural ecological swimming in an exceptional site in the heart of the countryside! Children can practice fishing on the second landscaped lake of 1000m² (roach, carp)..... be careful: it bites! Spa for 6 people (adults), common to the 2 gîtes. The cottage is located near the small town of Craon. It offers all services and shops. You will not miss its historic center. More grandiose, Robert Tatin's open-air museum, a guaranteed change of scenery! On the ground floor: Lingerie, kitchen/living room 48m² (fireplace), separate wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 140x190 beds on the mezzanine and 1 bedroom with 1 160x190 bed and 1 80x190 bed), shower room, bathroom, wc. For your outings: the Rincerie leisure center is 8 km away: swimming, wake park (water ski lift). In Craon: aquatic complex with spa. With a fishing permit, you can go to the river l'Usure (300m) or the base de loisirs de la Rincerie. The natural bathing area (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (depending on the weather), unheated, depth 1.5m to 1.70m, width: 15m and length 15m. Swimming is shared with a 2nd gite and the owner's guests. The gite has a completely independent entrance and terrace. 2 additional people on request (total of 9 places). Telecommuting: office and WIFI accessible throughout the accommodation. To avoid traffic jams, the owners suggest that you enter the premises on Fridays.
