Upfront Bond: This property requires an upfront bond of $2,000 to proceed with a booking. PLEASE NOTE : The pool is solar heated all year round. A sur-charge of $100 per day is required to operate the gas heating for the pool. Pool towels will also be supplied. The spa is gas heated all year round at no additional charge.
