The area is bordered by the Canal du Midi and is known for its village spirit. You will find the Café de la Concorde, the oldest café in Toulouse, or the Institut Cervantes, which offers many cultural activities for Spanish speakers, just a few steps away. A 6-minute walk away, you can take a stroll in the shade of the plane trees along the Canal du Midi.
