It easily separates into two twin beds, if this arrangement better suits your group (king bed will be configured, unless requested; otherwise - linens for both arrangements are available). The second bedroom also includes a super comfortable king-sized bed. There is a bathroom just off the 2nd bedroom, which is also accessible from the main living space. The living space is enormous (bigger than any other layout you'll find in Downtown), and has everything you need to prepare and serve a full meal for 6 people. The sofa has been carefully selected to comfortably sleep 2 people. It sets-up easily and includes a pillow-top that significantly improves comfort (a must, if your vacationing for more than a couple days). The large balcony easily seats six, and is spacious enough to server a proper meal for the same. It overlooks South Ridge - Towers 1, 2 and 3 with partial views of the canal. South Ridge is among the most established developments in Downtown. It has exceptional common areas (pool, gym, racquetball/squash, children's play areas... the list is endless). It also features the only large green space in Dubai, with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa - when the weather is nice, its bustling with children playing, people doing yoga, picnicking etc...
