It is located right on the harbour at Kiama with great views and is a short walk to town or the beach. ** Why choose Sebel Harbourside 301? ** Sebel Harbourside 301 is in a great central location,within easy walking distance of all amenities. The studio apartment is stylishly furnished with great views from the balcony. ** How is the property laid out? ** Sebel Harbourside 301 is a King bed-sized studio apartment that features an open plan layout, ensuite bathroom including bath and separate shower. The kitchen includes two stove top electric cooking rings, an oven, a dishwasher and a bar fridge. ** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? ** WiFi is available for purchase from the front desk of the Sebel Hotel.Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. ** What about outdoors? ** There is a large outdoor balcony with alfresco dining table and chairs. ** Staying warm or keeping cool?! ** Sebel Harbourside 301 has reverse cycle air-conditioning. ** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? ** Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January. ** Are there any special Peak Season rules? ** Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
