Welcome to our beautiful wooden family house of 160 m² with a modern and neat decoration, equipped with quality furniture. This house will be the perfect pied-à-terre for your family vacation with children, you will enjoy spending time inside and outside thanks to the terrace and garden that surrounds the house with deckchair, swing, petanque court, table, plancha/braserro as well as various equipment / games for children: hut, trampoline, swing, slide, sandbox. You will also be able to take advantage of a great jacuzzi to relax. Its location is ideal: 10 minutes by car from the beach and 7 minutes from the center of St-Hilaire de Riez Our house is composed on the first floor: A living room open to the outside thanks to large windows with kitchen and living room / dining room - A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, wine glasses...) with a central island serving as a dining area - A design living room with sofa and armchair, games, television books, speaker, PlayStation 4 - A master suite with a Queen size bed 160x200, bedside table, dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with shower and large bathtub, double sinks, toilet. -An office with computer, printer and various storage. -A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes line. On the first floor: -A mezzanine with sofa, poufs, books/games -A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a desk -A second bedroom with double bed (140x200), bedside table and chest of drawers -A third bedroom with a queen-size canopy bed (160x200) and dressing room -A bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, towel dryer. We provide the following equipment: Mountain bikes, bicycles, 2 coolers, 4 wetsuits, body board, surf board. For your parking, you can park in front of the garden. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures before 11:00. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the Guest ADOM team, who will ensure that your stay goes smoothly and will give you the keys to your accommodation. For your comfort, a cleaning fee is set up. This includes the installation of clean hotel quality sheets and towels for each guest, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, cotton swab), as well as the cleaning of the accommodation at your departure.
