Please Refrain From Using these in the house. SMOKERS: cigarette smoke clings to you and your clothes which carries into our home and makes the house stink. It would be better to choose different accommodations since we cater to non-smoking people. 3. We happily provide shampoo, soap, body wash, body oils, lotions and unscented laundry detergent for all guests. Feel free to use these. 4. The Living room / kitchenette is equipped with a TV, desk area, dining table, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig. Feel free to use them. ALL Guests Must leave the house between hours of 11 am - 2pm. Those are cleaning hours. **Guests booking LESS than three (3) nights must pay a $10 cleaning fee. 5. Our personal space is clearly marked off with bifold doors. We want you to KNOW there is a camera recording in our Personal Spaces (kitchen, family room, sun room) for our protection as well as yours. 6. There is one parking space per room. If you rent one room, you have one parking space. IF you need 2 spaces, you can park in street but you must give Us your license plate so we can call it in so it won't get ticketed. We can socialize or give guests their space. Whatever they choose. We're around. Quiet Neighborhood, good for walking or jogging. Sidewalks through out. Close to Metro Parks for leisurely walk and picnic or real hiking. Solon is just (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes SE of Cleveland. Rock and Roll Hall of fame, Museums, Nautica Queen, and Playhouse Square. Or 30 minutes north of Akron, Siberling Estate. * **We welcome: Business folks, Married Couples, business Commuters and singles. ** We use front door with a key code lock. It also has screen door. If you arrive after dusk and the porch light is on, bugs, moths and other critters are attacted to the light. Please have the key code in mind so you can enter home quickly. DO NOT stand with screen door hanging open, checking phone messages for key code. That will allow bugs to accumulate and rush in right along with you. Leave screen shut until you are ready with key code to ente **This is a No Smoking Home ***UN-authorized Late check-outs are not tolerated. If you refuse to leave by agreed time, you will be charged a $25 late fee for first half hour. A full days rate after an hour. However, you will still need to vacate premises for next guest. ****There is one parking space per room. PLEASE leave your keys on key holder by front door so we can move cars of necessary without having to disturb you. There is NO Overnight parking on street. You may be ticketed by morning.
