We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment. - We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. - If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This beautiful, detached chalet welcomes you with its luxurious furnishings right in the centre of St. Margarethen in Lungau. Among the exclusive furnishings you will find four spacious bedrooms, one of which is equipped with an extra bathroom including an infrared sauna. A highlight in winter is certainly the open fireplace in the living room, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your family by the crackling fire. In summer, the large garden offers you time to linger or you can sit comfortably on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine. A bicycle room is also at your disposal. For the more adventurous, there are a number of attractions to choose from, such as hiking, rafting, mountain biking or a nice drive over one of the passes in the surrounding area. For quiet family outings, a trip on the Mariapfarrer Dampferl is a tip! And for the children there is Smarty-Land in Mauterndorf, where among other things a bouncy castle, trampolines, a bouldering wall, a climbing castle, children's squads, giant slides, go-karts and much more will make children's hearts beat faster. In the ski season, you have the piste almost on your doorstep! The chalet is 200 m from the ski lift of the Aineck-Katschberg ski area. The more distant ski areas, such as Speiereck or Obertauern, can be easily reached by ski bus. The chalet also has a ski room with ski boot heater, which can be accessed from the outside. Here you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest in both summer and winter! During the summer months (from June 1 to October 31), guests receive the Lungaucard free of charge when staying in this house.
