## Space Welcome to my home! Algés Lexus is a luxurious apartment located on the coastal highway 8 km from the center of Lisbon. It's 80 m2, in a modern building with sea view balcony & 2 elevators. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, Delta coffee machine, toaster and iron facilities. Free Wireless Internet and Cable TV. It has 1 bedroom with double bed and a living room (with sofa bed). Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Free cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival. Enjoy! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home and the share amenities within the building! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Algés is a former civil parish in the municipality of Oeiras, in Lisbon metropolitan area, Portugal, just in the outskirts. A family-friendly area with shops that cover all the basic needs; there's also a beautiful beach here too! ## Transit Train: Algés train station to Cais do Sodre (city center) or to Cascais Bus: 724 - to city center ## Notes Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
