Enormous quiet cottage

Spacious home on 4 acres. There is a projector with HDMI cable in the media room and a Roku tv in the living room. The upstairs bonus room has a wii. The kitchen is equipped with a professional 6 burner range and oven. The dining room has a beautiful custom built table with seating for 12. Washer and dryer. 45 minutes to downtown Portland. Easy access to I5 and I205. Access to fishing, mountain biking, and shopping! Only 30 min to Woodburn premium outlets. WiFi is Pederson and the password is pederson. AC/heat is located in the hallway behind the kitchen. Leave leftover food in the fridge. Garbage and recycles can be placed outside in front of the garage. There are parts of the home that are not accessible to our guests. There is a separate apartment that is being occupied by the housekeepers kid. There is no access from the main home. No access to the garage, but plenty of parking on the property. There is a storage room for housekeepers and 2 kitchen cupboards and drawers (along the back of the kitchen) for owner use. The rest of the kitchen is fully stocked for guest use.
