LIVING AREA After a day on the water, relax in the living area, furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a lounger. Make some popcorn and watch a movie on the 49” cable TV and DVD player. KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will appreciate the updated kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for eight. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three. BED & BATH Find quiet privacy in the second-level master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and 49” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Located on the ground level, a second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and 40” cable TV. A third guest room is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Both rooms can be accessed through the garage, and each room has a private en-suite bathroom configured with a walk-in shower. Located on the second floor, the fourth bedroom features a king bed. An en-suite fourth bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREAS Watch the sun set over the channel from the ground-level breezeway, furnished with table seating for four. Or dine alfresco on the rear deck, featuring table seating for six, two lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a gas grill. Upstairs, enjoy peekaboo views of the bay from the balcony, outfitted with a rocking chair and table seating for four. Extra perks include direct access to the channel via a private dock. This two-story home is accessible via one flight of stairs. Stairs are also required to access the dock and deck areas. The two ground-floor bedrooms can only be accessed via the garage. THE LOCATION Make a short drive to Rockport Beach, just 6.5 miles away. Drive 25 minutes to Goose Island State Park for scenic walking trails and the chance to spot native waterfowl. The fishing enthusiast in your group will find ample opportunities nearby. A plethora of shops and restaurants in downtown Rockport are within an easy 9-minute drive. Browse paintings and crafts at the Rockport Center for the Arts, or brush up on your history at the Texas Maritime Museum. Parking notes: You will find parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
