The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and has five bedrooms, two of which are suites with Italian marble bathrooms and individual dressing rooms. The other three bedrooms have individual bathrooms. From the fully equipped kitchen with wood burning stove you will reach the garden area that surrounds the entire villa and has a waterfall, pool and whirlpool as well as a cosy covered terrace ideal for cocktails and snacks. The very spacious living room with fine wooden floor leads to the reading room. From there you reach the dining room and a very noble walnut staircase leads you to the upper floor. There you will find a large loft that invites you to relax or play board games. At the end of the attic we reach the wine room. Cartagena is a city with 3,000 years of history. It was the capital of the Roman Empire. Visit the Roman Theatre, the Aguirre Palace and the Beltri House. Furthermore, the city has excellent restaurants where you can enjoy the regional cuisine and the beach Cala Cortina has been awarded the second best beach in Spain. Golf lovers will also get their money's worth, 17 different golf courses are very close to the holiday home, including the exclusive golf course "La Manga Club Resort" which is only 15 minutes away from your holiday home.
