When the day is done, head across the street to the sunset chairs providing the best view in town of the footbridge. Play golf, go sailing or set out on a whale-watching expedition. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an array of helpful appliances, including a dishwasher. Gather for meals around the eight-person dining table, or enjoy breakfast at the table for two in the kitchen. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV. Find comfort in the primary suite, located on the main living floor furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom -- also accessible via the hallway -- is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a king bed and telescope for gazing out to the sites in the harbor. The spacious third bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds. All bedrooms feature bedside USB charging and Bluetooth music systems. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Keep mealtime simple and sizzle burgers on the gas grill located on the patio behind the building (shared with Snug Harbor). Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Additional parking may also be available in the parking lot next door. Please note that this vacation rental is accessed via two steep flights of stairs. LOCATION Enjoy easy walkability! Venture out on foot to the wharf, waterfront parks, and a selection of tasty dining options. Attached to your rental are two local businesses -- Mama D's Cafe Mercantile (a local brunch favorite), and Heads of the Harbor salon. Walk 0.5 miles to Commercial Street and choose from whale watching at Maine Whale Watch, several great cruise operators, or renting a boat at Schooner Eastward. Parking notes: Parking is available for 2 cars in the front driveway. Guests are not to park in the adjacent parking lots at they are reserved for the cafe and hair salon. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
