My property is about 100m from Market Square in the centre of Colyton and provides the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset including the world renowned Jurassic Coast. The space The flat is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance on the ground floor. Once upstairs you are in a spacious, open-plan living space with a comfortable lounge area with a wall-mounted smart TV. A dining table with 4 chairs occupies the other end of the living space and the well-equipped kitchen, sits off to the side. Bedroom one has a double bed and plenty of hanging and drawer space. This room also features an en-suite shower and toilet Bedroom two is adjacent to bedroom one and to the rear of the property, this room has a king sized bed (as standard) which can be split into 2 small singles if required (*prior notice will be required). This bedroom has a wardrobe and access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs. This balcony also provides a fire escape. The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin, and toilet and also houses the washer/dryer. Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. There is an additional fee of £50-£100 for keys being lost or damaged. A stair gate is installed and a travel cot is available within the property.
