Flying Stars- Unique Stone Family Villa

The unique stone family villa, Flying Stars, is equipped with 6 elegant and modern bedrooms upstairs (150 m2). Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi TV + SAT. The ground floor (120 m2) has a kitchen, dining room, living room, play area. Women's and men's toilet, and a large Wi-Fi TV. Fully fenced for maximum security, this authentic traditional villa is surrounded by a beautiful rural landscape typical of this region of Dalmatia near the sea. The large modern pool (brand new 12x6 m) is suitable for bathing several people and children, overflow, is filled with salt water (so without chlorine), is equipped with domes to cover under which it is possible to swim and when it rains, it can be heated. For entertainment, guests can relax in the house with table tennis, billiards, table football and darts available all the time. Outside the house, guests can go bowling or the traditional Dalmatian game "balote" on 2 tracks, even at night (special lighting). The modern professional stainless steel kitchen is equipped with brand new high-end furniture and appliances: oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, large freezer and microwave. Coffee maker, blender and toaster for morning enjoyment. With a large barbecue where guests can prepare their own food, they can relax and eat all the time on the large covered terrace (100 m2). Children are safe on site, as the villa is located in a cul-de-sac with almost no traffic. Video surveillance outside the facility is an added security for guests. Excellent starting point (exit / entrance to the highway 5 min) to visit the ancient cities and beaches of central Dalmatia (Trogir - 20min, Sibenik - 35min, Split - 40min, Dubrovnik - 120 min ...). There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (40min), NP Kornati (45min + boat), NP Paklenica (85min), NP Plitvice Lakes (130min). In addition to the great potential for exploring the cultural heritage of the villa, it is easy to head to restaurants that offer gastronomic perfections of Dalmatia (Dalmatian hinterland and Dalmatian coast). Come taste it! ... Guests will get a recommendation for restaurants with authentic cuisine and great service nearby. A few kilometers from the villa there is a mountain hut Malacka on Kozjak Mountain where you can park your car and where a walking recreational trail starts (not demanding and lasts 75 minutes) with ecological-educational contents from where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the cities of Split, Kastela, Trogir these central Dalmatian islands.
