Modern 4-BDR Villa | Foosball & Downstairs Cafe ❤️

Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 4; Number of other rooms with beds: 0 Number of bathrooms: 4 Sense has been meticulously designed to give all guest an incredible experience. The rooms are uniquely architected with themes across central Vietnam. Each bedroom will have its own bathroom and fully furnished. The spotlight will be given to the common space featuring foosball and dart, perfect for gathering. The villa is located in a quiet and new neighborhood and is only 5-min walk to the beach. The rooms are specifically designed with its own theme with a little bit of my personal touch ;) There will be an amazing common space for cooking, dining and especially social gathering. Comfy sofas in TV area and endless fun with foosball table & dart. You will have the entire villa to your own. There will be keys for each room and the main entrance as well. Feel free to use the washer & dryer provided. The big Plus is the downstairs Cafe that serves amazing coffee and pastry. I'll try to answer your questions as soon as possible (<5 mins). You can also add me on your personal favorite messenger for faster communication. There will be a hotline for emergency as well ;) The place is located in a quiet area with lots of green and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The neighborhood is super safe and easy to walk around. You will find great local treats nearby such as Banh canh, My quang or Com ga (my favorite). It's super easy and convenient to get around using Taxis (it takes about 10 mins for them to come) or Grab (a car hailing app). Our previous guests prefer to rent a motorbike and enjoy the fresh air and amazing traffic here. Please treat the place as yours, keep it in good shape and clean. If any problem arise, I will try my best to take action Asap :). Extra cleaning during your stay is subjected to a fee of 25usd. Stay of 7 days or more will be offered a free cleaning turnover. Passports photos are required for registration with local authorities.
