Split over 2 levels, this residence will accommodate up to 12 guests, easily sleeping a set of parents upstairs and another down, plus up to 8 kids, or adults, as the case may be. Occupying the majority of the upstairs level, the large, open plan kitchen, living and loungeroom look out onto the most wonderful, uninterrupted ocean views. With the wrap-around balcony also taking in the sea vistas, youll be forgiven for never wanting to return home. Just image cooking up an evening meal on the BBQ, all of you seated around the outdoor table on the balcony, watching the sun set below the horizon in the distance, unforgettable. A couple of nice local wines or a local craft beer or two. These are what family holidays are all about. Memories. There is a great spot for the kids to hang out downstairs in their own TV room, adjacent several of the bedrooms or perhaps run around the lawned and fenced yards to burn off a bit of excesses energy. Just the two of you? No problem. Youre sure to love it. So comfortable. So relaxing. Youll never want to leave. And youll still have the entire home to yourself. Theres even a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom. For easy meal prep a fully equipped kitchen is ready to go, with premium appliances, dishwasher and microwave, plus tea coffee making facilities and no shortage of crockery, glassware, bowls and those all-important serving platters for putting together your own local tasting plate. There's also a wood fired pizza oven in the yard that you're welcome to make use of. Just grab some kindling and a bag of wood from the local servo, next to the Seaford shopping centre on Commercial Road, only a 5 minute drive away and you'll be able to purchase your pizza dough and fresh toppings there too. We have some heavy duty gloves, pizza trays, rolling pin fire tools for you to use. If you'd prefer a less adventurous meal, with a little less preparation, you'll find a barbeque on the upper deck. And we've got all the gear you'll need to cook up a storm too. Of course, if youd prefer to let someone else do the cooking for you, theres an array of first-class eateries nearby. With all your bed linen, pillows, toiletries and towels provided, nothing has been overlooked - all you have to do is arrive. Fully airconditioned for climatic comfort, offering a washing machine for convenience and undercover, off-street parking, its equally perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a week-long escape. Up stairs is the second bedroom with Queen bed, ideal for a set of parents with a bathroom adjacent. The master bedroom is downstairs, complete with ensuite bathroom and deep, corner spa. This bedroom also features a retreat area where youll be able to sit back in the extra comfy chair and read a book or watch T.V. Bedroom 3, also downstairs feature a queen bed too. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed that comprises of a single on the top and a double bed on the lower level. Bedroom 5 features a traditional bunk bed to sleep two, as well as a single bed. A few things you need to know. We are generally only able to offer a minimum 2 night stay but unfortunately this is not possible over long weekends or during peak periods such as Easter and Christmas. Please check the minimum lengths of stay during these periods. Unfortunately we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the deck or balcony areas.
