Escalante Escapes Prickly Pear- Bunk Escape

Our most private tiny house model, this Bunk house home is designed to maximize their 400 square feet. Featuring two bedrooms, this home is a perfect choice when looking for privacy and comfort. Built into the hillside just below Lofty Escapes, views of the surrounding mountains and canyons are not compromised, even preferred by many. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and features a large flat screen tv, thermostat for heating and cooling, storage under the bed for luggage, and a small desktop for working on a laptop or getting ready. The second bedroom is a small room with a built in bunk bed, storage under the bed, separate heating, and individual lights for each bed. The Kitchen and living room is an open floor plan with a large sliding door that opens to the deck and beautiful views. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper, two lounging chairs, a hand crafted coffee table with storage of extra bedding, and a large smart TV. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials, beautiful stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave oven for cooking and baking, a stove-top, large refrigerator, keurig coffee machine, granite counter-tops, a farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and a table/prep island with seating for four. The bathroom has a glass shower surround, rain shower head, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The deck and exterior features include a propane bbq grill, four large Adirondack lounge chairs, private fire pit, astounding views, and breathtaking star gazing. There is also a small washer/dryer in each unit.
