This 2-story home – perfect for multiple families or groups of friends – sleeps 12 guests (4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 baths). The sprawling master bedroom features a private balcony, a bonus sitting area with TV, and a pull-out couch. Also upstairs enjoy a living room that opens onto a large deck facing the ocean. The stereo accommodates your classic CDs and cassettes as well as Bluetooth. The downstairs floor has an entertainment-focused living room with an HD TV, gaming (Xbox One), and a DVD player. Premium cable comes with HBO, ESPN and more. There is a full bath are two bedrooms: one king bedroom and another room perfect for kids, with a pull-out sofa and a bunk bed. This home offers Wi-Fi, board games, and several bikes. An outdoor gas BBQ grill is also provided. For those with youngsters, we have a Pack 'n Play with mattress and bassinet as well as a stairwell gate for the second floor. We also have sand buckets, blocks and toy cars.
